FilingSpy is a portfolio-tracking and filing-summary service built on public SEC data. You can browse everything on this site without an account. This policy describes what we collect when you do create one, and what we do with it.
We do not collect payment information (there is nothing to pay for yet), we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.
We set one kind of cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and anonymous visitors get no cookies at all.
We send two kinds of email: sign-in magic links, and filing notifications for investors you chose to track. Notification emails are delivered through Resend, our email delivery processor, which handles your email address solely to deliver the message. Every notification carries a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also switch notifications off per investor, or entirely, in your settings. Addresses that unsubscribe or hard-bounce go on a suppression list so we never email them again.
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile (email, name, picture) with us under Google's privacy policy. We request no other Google data and have no access to your Google account beyond that basic profile.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account in Settings immediately and permanently removes your account, sessions, tracked investors, and notification history. The only thing that survives is the suppression list entry if you previously unsubscribed — kept precisely so we honor that choice.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
