On August 7, 2026, Cardinal Health entered into a new unsecured Credit Agreement providing $4.0 billion in revolving credit, maturing August 7, 2031, with an option to extend by up to two years.

The new facility replaces Cardinal Health's existing 364-day and five-year revolving credit facilities and its $1.0 billion receivables sale facility program.
The Credit Agreement includes a financial covenant requiring a Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio of no greater than 4.00 to 1.00 as of the last day of any fiscal quarter.
The terminated facilities included a $2.0 billion five-year credit agreement (dated February 27, 2023) and a $1.0 billion 364-day credit agreement (dated October 7, 2025).
No penalties were incurred as a result of the terminations; the new facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
