Legal Proceedings We are subject to various legal proceedings, including, but not limited to, product liability, intellectual property, personal injury, commercial, contractual, employment, governmental, environmental and regulatory, anti-trust, and other such matters that arise in the ordinary course of business. In addition, we, by virtue of our status as a subsidiary of EID prior to the Separation, are subject to or required under the Separation-related agreements executed prior to the Separation to indemnify EID against various pending legal proceedings. Discussion of all legal and environmental proceedings is incorporated by reference from “Note 17 – Commitments and Contingent Liabilities” to the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements, and should be considered an integral part of Part II, Item 1, "Legal Proceedings".
