Advancepierre Foods Holdings Inc

A maker of pre-made sandwiches, sandwich fillings, and other protein-based convenience foods sold to restaurants, schools, and grocery stores. It formed in 2010 when two longtime competitors — Advance Food Company of Oklahoma and Pierre Foods, named for its founder — merged under one roof. Tyson Foods later bought the combined company, folding its sandwich brands into a far larger food operation.
