Churchill Capital Corp VII
A special-purpose acquisition company, or SPAC—a shell firm that raises cash in a public offering to merge with a private business and take it public—Churchill Capital Corp VII was created by Michael Klein, a former Citigroup executive and dealmaker. In 2023 it agreed to merge with CorpAcq, a UK-based buyer of founder-led businesses, but the deal was terminated in August 2024, and the company dissolved. It was the seventh in Klein's numbered "Churchill Capital" series of SPACs.
