Versigent Plc

A maker of the electrical systems that power modern vehicles, Versigent designs and builds wiring harnesses and connection systems for cars, commercial vehicles, and energy uses — the "nervous system" connecting a vehicle's parts. Born on April 1, 2026, as a spin-off of Aptiv PLC, it is based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Though the name is new, its roots reach back a century to General Motors' Packard Electric division, which later helped form Delphi Automotive.
