The Company is involved in various legal and administrative proceedings in the normal course of business, the ultimate resolutions of which, in the opinion of management, are not anticipated to have a material effect on the Company’s results of operations, liquidity or financial condition. The Company has resolved or secured judicial dismissal of all legal and regulatory actions and proceedings, which arose in the ordinary course of resource development. There are no current adversarial matters involving the Company or its regulatory authorizations.
