A Connecticut manufacturer of precision electronic and mechanical parts — connectors, cable assemblies, bearings, seals, springs, and radar-absorbing materials — used in aerospace, defense, space, and medical equipment. It was founded in 2019 by investment firm Arcline, which stitched together dozens of smaller makers, including the 2024 buyout of Kaman Corporation. Its name echoes the word "axis," fitting for a company built around the central components that other machines pivot on.
