James River Group Holdings, Inc.
A specialty property and casualty insurer that covers the risks standard insurance companies refuse to touch — unusual contractor exposures, hard-to-classify small-business liability, and other excess-and-surplus lines. Founded in 2002, its main arm, James River Insurance Company, began writing business in 2003. The group takes its name from Virginia's James River, site of the first permanent English settlement in the Americas.
The Reporting Persons originally acquired the position in the shares of Common Stock of the Issuer for the account of the Zimmer Accounts in the belief that the shares of Common Stock were undervalued and represented an attractive investment opportunity.
