Corelogic Inc
A keeper of one of the largest databases of American property records, CoreLogic (now rebranded Cotality) supplies real estate, mortgage, and insurance firms with data and analytics on homes, ownership, taxes, and natural hazards. Its roots trace to a 1997 Sacramento startup that merged into First American, then spun off as an independent company in 2010. Fun fact: it issues a unique CLIP number for every property, linking all records of a single home together, and in 2025 renamed itself Cotality to blend "collaboration" with "totality."
No Schedule 13D or 13G filings recorded.
