Cornerstone Ondemand Inc

A maker of cloud-based software that helps companies hire, train, and develop their employees, with tools for online learning, performance reviews, and recruiting. It was founded in 1999 in Santa Monica, California, originally under the name CyberU, by three founders who saw that corporate training was still mostly paper-based and wanted to deliver it over the web. The "OnDemand" in its name reflects that early vision of delivering learning anytime, on the internet, rather than through installed software.
