Deep Medicine Acquisition Corp.
A blank-check company that went public to find a business to merge with, Deep Medicine Acquisition Corp. was formed in New York in 2020 to hunt for deals in healthcare. Despite its medical name, it closed a merger in January 2024 with TruGolf, a maker of golf simulator software and hardware, then renamed itself TruGolf Holdings and began trading on the Nasdaq. The irony: a company named for medicine wound up bringing a golf simulator company to the stock market.
Rights to purchase common stock, expired 09/30/2028 — SPAC merged with TruGolf (TRUG) on Jan 31, 2024
