Denny'S Corporation
A chain of family-friendly diners known as "America's Diner," Denny's serves round-the-clock breakfast and comfort food to travelers and locals across the US and in dozens of countries. It began in 1953 as a California donut shop called Danny's Donuts, and the name was later changed to Denny's to avoid confusion with a rival coffee chain. Its signature Grand Slam breakfast — two pancakes, two eggs, bacon and sausage — was introduced in 1977 as a tribute to baseball great Hank Aaron.
