Andretti Acquisition Corp

A blank-check company (SPAC) created to find a business to buy and take public. Co-founded by racing legend Michael Andretti, with his father Mario on the team, it raised money through an initial public offering in 2022 and later merged with the Boston-area computing firm Zapata Computing to create Zapata AI. The Andretti name, synonymous with motorsport, gives the venture deep ties to the automotive and mobility world.
