Denali Capital Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" firm, that raised money from investors to merge with a private business and take it public. Founded in 2022 and based in New York, it completed its merger in 2025 with Semnur Pharmaceuticals, a developer of non-opioid pain treatments, and now operates under that name. Its name borrows from Denali, North America's tallest peak, whose Alaska Native name means "the high one."
