Metal Sky Star Acquisition Corporation

A special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — a "blank check" company with no operations of its own — Metal Sky Star Acquisition Corporation was created to raise money and merge with an existing private business so it can go public. Incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2021 and based in Hoboken, New Jersey, it was founded by sponsor M-Star Management Corporation, whose name likely inspired the "Star" in the title. In 2024 it signed a letter of intent to combine with Fedilco Group, owner of Armenian telecom Viva Armenia.
