Aura Fat Projects Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank-check" company, created to raise money and merge with a private business to take it public. Founded in 2021 by the Singapore venture studio Fat Projects, it originally hunted for Web 3.0, blockchain, and gaming startups across Southeast Asia, but more recently signed a deal to combine with an Australian coal-mining firm. It now goes by Aura FAT Projects, reflecting a partnership with the Aura Group that sponsors it.
