Tenx Keane Acquisition

A "blank check" company — a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — TenX Keane Acquisition was formed in 2021 in the Cayman Islands to raise money and merge with a private business, initially targeting companies in Asia. In August 2024 it merged with the oncology arm of Citius Pharmaceuticals, becoming Citius Oncology, Inc., whose flagship product LYMPHIR treats a rare form of skin lymphoma. The "TenX" in its name nods to the idea of "10x" growth, a common branding theme among SPAC sponsors.
