Direct Selling Acquisition Corp
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm with no operations that raises money to buy an existing business. Formed in 2021 by direct-selling veterans, it took its name from its stated aim of acquiring a company in the direct-selling industry. Its leader, Dave Wentz, is the former CEO of supplement maker USANA, and the firm later struck a deal to merge with Hunch Mobility, a maker of electric air taxis.
