One of the largest automotive-services companies in North America, Driven Brands runs a family of well-known car-care brands including Meineke (mufflers and repairs), Maaco (paint and collision work), CARSTAR, and Take 5 Oil Change. Its roots go back to 1972, when Meineke and Maaco were founded independently, and the modern parent company came together in 2006. Fun fact: Take 5 pioneered the "stay-in-your-car" oil change, letting drivers keep working or texting while their car is serviced.
