Duet Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" company, that raised money from investors to buy and take public a private business — it had no products or customers of its own. Incorporated in Delaware in 2021 and led by an Asia-Pacific-focused management team, it targeted "enabling technology" firms in e-commerce, fintech, and data analytics. Its chosen name, "Duet," hints at its whole purpose: pairing a cash pile with a private company to merge into one.
