Duke Realty Corporation
A real estate investment trust that built, owned, and leased warehouse and logistics facilities for e-commerce and supply-chain tenants across dozens of US states. It began in 1972 when accountant Philip R. Duke joined two partners to buy an Indianapolis industrial park and pioneer "flex space" combining office, showroom, and warehouse under one roof. The company took its name from its founder and, in 2022, was folded into logistics giant Prologis.
Common Stock — Acquired by Prologis (PLD) on October 3, 2022
