Ef Hutton Acquisition Corporation I

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, created by affiliates of the historic stock brokerage E.F. Hutton to buy a business. It merged with Humble Imports, which runs ECD Auto Design, a company that hand-builds restored and modernized Land Rover Defenders and other classic vehicles. The name recalls the original E.F. Hutton firm, founded in 1904, which became famous for the ad slogan "When E.F. Hutton talks, people listen."
