Enable Midstream Partners LP
A producer and operator of natural gas and crude oil infrastructure and processing plants that served energy producers across U.S. basins including the Anadarko and Bakken plays, moving their output to markets through about 23,000 miles of pipelines. It was formed in 2013, when CenterPoint Energy and OGE Energy merged their midstream operations into one joint venture, and the name "Enable" was chosen to capture the "rich heritages" of both companies. The firm was later absorbed into Energy Transfer when that acquisition closed in late 2021.
