Fintech Acquisition Corp. VI
A shell company with no operations of its own, this is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — a "blank check" firm created to find and merge with a business serving financial technology. It came from a series of FinTech Acquisition Corp. vehicles launched by Betsy Z. Cohen, founder of The Bancorp, and her son Daniel, a duo sometimes called "SPAC pioneers" for their many blank-check companies. Founded in 2020, it raised money in 2021 but never landed a merger target.
