Firstmark Horizon Acquisition Corp.
FirstMark Horizon was a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC)—a "blank check" firm created solely to raise money and merge with a private tech company to take it public. It was sponsored by the New York venture firm FirstMark Capital, whose name it borrowed. In 2022 it merged with Starry, the wireless broadband internet provider, which began trading on the NYSE under "STRY." The "Horizon" in its name signaled a forward-looking mission of finding that next-generation tech partner.
Unit consisting of one Class A common share and one-third redeemable warrant — Merged with Starry Inc. in March 2022, now trades under ticker STRY
