Firstservice Corp

A North American provider of outsourced property services, headquartered in Toronto. Its FirstService Residential arm manages condominiums and homeowner associations, while FirstService Brands owns well-known names like CertaPro Painters and Paul Davis Restoration. The company grew out of a teenage lifeguard's 1972 side business supplying swimming-pool lifeguards, which founder Jay Hennick used to pay for university before formally founding FirstService in 1989.
