Fleetcor Technologies, Inc.

A corporate payments company, headquartered in Atlanta, that helps businesses manage fuel, toll, parking, lodging, and cross-border payments through branded cards and software. Its roots trace to 1986, and in 2024 it dropped its original name, Fleetcor (a mash-up of "fleet" and "corporate"), for the simpler Corpay. A fun detail: it grew by folding dozens of other payments firms into its platform and does business from the Terminus 100 tower in Atlanta's Buckhead district.
