Francesca'S Holdings Corporation

A chain of women's clothing boutiques that sells dresses, jewelry, accessories, and gifts through small, individually curated mall shops. Founded in Houston in 1999 by three siblings and a close friend, it went public in 2011 and expanded to hundreds of locations across the US. Its "broad and shallow" approach meant each store stocked a small, constantly refreshed assortment, so shoppers could find something new on nearly every visit.
