Future Health Esg Corp
A blank check company, or SPAC, that raised money through an initial public offering in 2021 to hunt for a smart health technology business to merge with. It aimed to find "scale-up" healthcare companies that used data science to make care more effective, personal, and affordable, and it preferred targets that met environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria — which is exactly what its name spells out. The company, set up in Dover, Delaware, eventually liquidated and was delisted from the Nasdaq in 2024 without completing a deal.
