A China-based precision oncology company that uses genetic testing to detect cancer early, match patients to targeted therapies, and monitor treatment. Founded in 2013 as Genetron Health, its tests help doctors tailor care to a patient's own tumor mutations. The name "Genetron" comes from Charles Darwin's pangenesis theory, his early idea about the units of heredity.
