Globalink Investment Inc.
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — sometimes called a blank-check company — Globalink raised money in a 2021 IPO to find a private business to take public, rather than running its own operations. In 2025 it merged with Alps Life Sciences, a biotech and healthcare platform, folding Globalink into a new Cayman Islands parent, Alps Group, that began trading on the Nasdaq under "ALPS." The name "Globalink" echoes its original hunt for tech, e-commerce and payments deals across North America, Europe and Asia.
Common Stock — Acquired by Alps Global Holding Berhad in reverse merger, October 30, 2025; now trades as ALPS
