Golden Arrow Merger Corp
A blank-check company, or SPAC, that raised money through an initial public offering despite having no business of its own—it existed solely to merge with a private firm and take it public. Incorporated in Delaware in 2020 and listed on Nasdaq, it fulfilled that mission in 2024 by merging with Bolt Threads, a biomaterials firm known for lab-grown silk and a mycelium-based leather substitute called Mylo, forming Bolt Projects Holdings. Mylo had been used in concept products with Adidas and Stella McCartney.
