We currently maintain our executive offices at 4360 E. New York Street, Aurora, IL 60504. Our executive offices are provided to us by our Sponsor. Upon completion of the initial Business Combination or the Company’s liquidation, it will cease paying these monthly fees. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
