Financial market risks related to interest rates are described in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. As of June 30, 2026, there have been no significant changes to the financial market risks described as of December 31, 2025. We do not currently anticipate any other near-term changes in the nature of our financial market risk exposures or in management’s objectives and strategies with respect to managing such exposures.
