Repurchases may be made in the open market, through privately negotiated transactions, or by other means in accordance with federal securities laws.
The program also authorizes privately negotiated repurchases from REH Advisors Inc., subject to REH's interest and other limitations.
The board may discontinue the program at any time, and the company is also authorized to repurchase shares to offset compensation-related share issuances.
