Heartland Media Acquisition Corp
A special-purpose acquisition company, or "blank-check" firm, set up in 2021 to hunt for a media, entertainment, or sports business to merge with. It was created by Robert "Bob" Prather Jr., a former chief executive of Gray Television, and named after his private company Heartland Media. The firm never sealed a deal and dissolved in 2023 when its deadline to complete one passed.
