On August 14, 2025, Healthpeak OP, LLC completed an underwritten offering of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2033.
Proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper borrowings and for general corporate purposes, including potential debt repayment, working capital, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a joint and several basis by Healthpeak Properties, Inc., DOC DR Holdco, LLC, and DOC DR, LLC.
The notes mature on January 15, 2033, with semi-annual interest payments beginning January 15, 2026, and are redeemable at Healthpeak OP's option under specified terms.
