A maker of towing, trailering, and cargo-management gear, Horizon Global's brands — Draw-Tite, Reese, Bulldog, Fulton, and Westfalia — produce the hitches, bike racks, and towing electronics that let vehicles haul trailers and boats. The company was spun off from TriMas Corporation in 2015, but its roots reach back to 1952, when Margaret Reese challenged her husband TJ to stop travel trailers from rocking and swaying; his answer, a stabilizing jack, launched the Reese brand. First Brands Group acquired the company in 2023.
