I-Mab
A maker of antibody-based cancer medicines, this biotech develops immuno-oncology therapies including felzartamab, approved in China for multiple myeloma. The company was formed when Dr. Jingwu Zang merged two biotech firms, Third Venture Biopharma and Tasgen Biotech, to create I-Mab. Its name pairs the "I" of immuno with "-mab," the universal scientific suffix for monoclonal antibody drugs. After relocating its base to the United States, the firm rebranded as NovaBridge Biosciences in 2025.
