Market risk is the potential loss arising from adverse changes in market rates and prices. We do not hold or issue financial instruments for trading purposes. The Company's market risks have not changed materially from those disclosed in Item 7A of our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. 32
