Insight Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" company that raises money on the stock market with the sole job of finding a private business to merge with and take public. Founded in 2021 and incorporated in Delaware, Insight Acquisition Corp. raised capital through an IPO and scouted for a target in the fintech space before merging in late 2024 with Alpha Modus Holdings, an AI-driven retail technology firm whose platform uses computer vision to read shoppers' behavior in stores, serve digital ads, and watch shelves for out-of-stock items. After the merger the combined company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker AMOD.
