Corecard Corporation

A maker of card-management software, CoreCard builds the systems banks and fintechs use to launch and run credit, debit, prepaid, and loyalty card programs — including the tech behind the Apple Card. Born in 2001 from the former PaySys International engineering team, it operated for years under the parent name Intelligent Systems Corporation, a company that once built portable computers and expansion cards for early IBM PCs, before renaming itself CoreCard in 2021 to reflect its single focus. In late 2025 it was acquired by Euronet Worldwide.
