Integrated Rail and Resources Acquisition Corp
A company that started as a "blank check" SPAC in 2021, created to hunt for a business in North American rail, bulk commodity, and logistics infrastructure. In late 2025 it merged with Tar Sands Holdings II, a Utah firm, and re-emerged as Uinta Infrastructure Group Corp., which owns and modernizes an oil-processing plant near Vernal, Utah. Its name hints at a railroad focus, yet its prize turned out to be an energy facility once built for tar sands that it is now refitting to handle waxy crude.
