Interprivate IV Infratech Partners Inc

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or "blank check" firm, InterPrivate IV InfraTech Partners raised money in a 2021 stock offering to merge with or acquire a high-growth technology, media, and telecom infrastructure business. It was one of several SPACs launched by InterPrivate, the private investment firm founded by dealmaker Ahmed Fattouh. The company never closed a combination; in April 2023 its sponsor chose not to extend the deadline, so it returned money to shareholders and dissolved.
