Interval Leisure Group Inc

A provider of vacation exchange services, Interval Leisure Group ran Interval International, a network where timeshare owners swap their week at one resort for stays at thousands of others worldwide. Attorney Tom Davis and real estate developer Mario Rodriguez founded Interval International in Miami in 1976; the name comes from the "interval"—the week of ownership members trade. The company spun off from media giant IAC in 2008 and was acquired by Marriott Vacations Worldwide in 2018.
