Invesco Exch Traded Fd Trust II

A legal trust that houses a basket of exchange-traded funds, or ETFs, run by the Atlanta investment firm Invesco — think themed fund collections like the Invesco Solar ETF (TAN) and the Invesco KBW Bank ETF (KBWB), which investors buy and sell like individual stocks. Invesco itself traces back to 1978, when Charles Brady and eight colleagues bought out the investment desk of Citizens & Southern National Bank and called their new firm Investors Group; the name later morphed into Invesco, chosen simply because "invest" is baked into it. In 1997 a merger briefly renamed the parent Amvescap before it settled back on Invesco in 2007.
