Janus Capital Group Inc.

A Denver-based investment manager that runs a wide range of mutual funds and other products for everyday investors and institutions. Founded in 1970 by Thomas Bailey, the firm takes its name from Janus, the two-faced Roman god of doorways, because its investment approach looks both forward and backward. In 2017 it merged with Britain's Henderson Group to become Janus Henderson, one of the world's largest asset managers.
