Jernigan Capital, Inc.

A real estate investment trust that lent and invested money in privately built self-storage facilities across the United States, helping developers finance modern, climate-controlled storage centers. It was founded in 2014 by Dean Jernigan, a self-storage veteran who earlier created Storage USA and ran the REIT CubeSmart, and it carried his name. In 2020 the company was bought by NexPoint and renamed NexPoint Storage Partners.
