Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co.
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, created by the venture capital firm Khosla Ventures to raise money on the public market and later merge it with a private business, taking that company public. It was formed by the firm founded by Vinod Khosla, a celebrated Silicon Valley investor and early backer of companies like Sun Microsystems and OpenAI. The SPAC's first act was a merger that brought the neighborhood social network Nextdoor onto the stock market.
